Terms and Conditions

Design

You retain ownership of any text / photographs / graphics you provide us to create the web pages. We own the source code used to create the web site. We also retain ownership of passwords used to upload the site and manage your website on the Internet.

Domain Names

Domain names are registered in the customers name unless we have been instructed to register it in our name.

Hosting

Hosting comprises server rental fees and our fees for maintaining your website on the server.

White-Web Design & Hosting reserves the right to withdraw / remove your website from our servers dependent on content.

Payment

White-Web will provide an official quote for the work to be carried out. 25% of the agreed quotation price is requiried prior to commencing work to cover set-up costs etc. The outstanding balance of 75% of the agreed quotation should be paid within 15 days of accepting the final version of the work. Where the customer will be administering / updating the website, access to allow modifications will only be allowed once the outstanding payment has been received.

Payment can be by invoice or by ten monthly standing orders. Settlement of an invoice is required within 15 days. If no payment (or request for a standing order mandate form) is made within 15 days of the invoice date, a reminder / statement will be sent. If the payment is not received in full after a further 15 days, the website will be taken off-line until the invoice has been settled.

Cancellation

The customer can cancel an order at any time, however any web development costs incurred by White-Web Design & Hosting to that point must be made.
